Your Agreement With Us

By requesting service from plumbingdesignandinstallation, you agree to these terms. We provide AC repair and HVAC maintenance services. You're responsible for giving us safe access to your equipment and telling us about any hazards.

How Service Works

We quote the job before starting work. You approve the price or decline—your choice. If the repair cost changes, we get your approval before proceeding. Payment is due upon completion unless we've set up a different arrangement.

What You're Responsible For

You grant us access to your AC system and any related areas. You're liable for any damage to your home that's not caused by our negligence. Tell us about any hazards (pets, obstacles, electrical concerns) before we start.

Our Work & Warranty

We warranty our parts and labor for 12 months from the service date. This doesn't cover damage from improper maintenance, power surges, or conditions outside our control. If something fails within warranty, we'll fix it.

Liability Limits

Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the service. We're not responsible for lost business, downtime costs, or indirect damages from a repair failure. Our insurance covers property damage during our work.

Changes To These Terms
